Terms of Service
Agreement
This is the agreement between you and Acobot LLC (Acobot). To use 21 Day Vocab (the Service), you must accept both this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the Agreement). You shall not use the Service if you do not accept any terms and conditions stated in the Agreement. Acobot may updates the Agreement in the future. You shall stop using the Service if you do not accept the updates.
Account
You shall provide a valid and active email address to create your account for the Service. You cannot change the email address once your account has been created. The email address is the only way to reset your password in case you forget it. It is your responsibility to keep your password strong and safe.
Contents
The text, image, audio or video (the Contents) that are provided to you through the Service can only be used in associated with the Service. Unless specified explicitly otherwise, you shall not store, modify, or redistribute the Contents.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day 100% money back guarantee for any purchase you make for the Service. In 7 days of the payment completion, you may log in to your account and request a refund without needing to give a reason. If and only if you have difficulty in accessing your account, you may send an email to support@acobot.ai for a refund. The timestamp of the request submission or sending is the only evidence of your eligibility for a refund. Any refund requests submitted or sent after 7 days of payment completion are invalid.
Service Level
Acobot provides the Service as is. As a FREE user, you shall not claim any compensation for the service interruption. As a paid PRO user, you agree the only compensation for the service interruptions that are longer than 24 hours is to extend the membership for the same hours. You shall not request any other compensations. Such service interruptions do not include the unavailability of service caused by your device, power supply, or Internet connection.
Termination
Acobot reserves the right to stop providing the Service to all or certain users at any time. As a FREE user, you shall not claim any compensation for the stop of service. As a paid PRO user, we will give you a partial refund by the portion of unused membership.
